MMM Group Bhd will be delisted on Oct 12, 2026 after Bursa Malaysia Securities dismissed its appeal against the rejection of its proposed regularisation plan.

EGH International Bhd said the public portion of its IPO has been oversubscribed by 2.63x ahead of its ACE Market listing on Oct 16, 2026.

Speedy Best Holdings Bhd is planning an ACE Market listing involving a public issue of 185.0mn new shares, representing 18.05% of its enlarged share capital, and an offer for sale of 82.0mn existing shares.
