Japanese foreign ministry spokesman Toshihiro Kitamura said Wednesday (Oct 7) that Tokyo had relayed its concerns to Beijing after its foreign ministry spokesman Guo Jiakun referred to the Japanese leader only as "Sanae Takaichi" at a news conference last month.
