The prime minister said smallholders will bear only two per cent interest, with the government covering the rest.

吉隆坡：首相拿督斯里安华·易卜拉欣表示，政府将推出2亿令吉的便捷融资方案，帮助小农户支付最多40公顷油棕树的重新种植费用，并允许他们在等待树木结果期间四年内延期还款。
首相表示，小农户只需承担2%的利息，其余部分由政府承担。
