The NYPD released body-camera footage showing officers responding to the scene after ICE officers shot and wounded a man in the Bronx on Thursday afternoon.

The footage begins with NYPD officers pulling up to a tense scene: A man in a construction vest is holding up a rifle, bystanders are yelling and a handcuffed man is sitting on the ground receiving treatment to his left neck.

Several officers lift up the injured man, place him into the back of the NYPD vehicle, and then drive away, the video shows. The officers later take the man out of the vehicle and carry him toward an ambulance.
