Selangor Fire and Rescue Department (JBPM) assistant director of operations Ashrul Riezal Asbar said the department received an emergency distress call regarding the incident near the Glenmarie Industrial Park at 12.27am.

Ashrul Riezal said the Proton Wira was carrying four young men. Two 20-year-old occupants were pronounced dead at the scene, while the remaining two passengers, both aged 19, suffered minor injuries.

“The Proton Exora, meanwhile, was occupied by three individuals, namely a 29-year-old woman, a 27-year-old man and a 28-year-old man.

“All three of them also sustained minor injuries in the incident. All victims were handed over to the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) and the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) for further action,” he said.
