PETALING JAYA: CelcomDigi Bhd, through its wholly-owned subsidiary CelcomDigi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd (CDTel), has accepted a notice of award for spectrum assignments in the 2,600MHz and 900MHz frequency bands, involving a payment of RM381.75mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the telecommunications group said CDTel received the notice from the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) on Oct 2, 2026, after being selected as the successful applicant under Lot B of the Applicant Information Package No. 1 of 2026.
