LYC Healthcare to face trading suspension, delisting after failing to appoint sponsor

KUALA LUMPUR: LYC Healthcare Bhd will face a suspension of trading on Oct 27, 2026 and will be delisted from Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd two days later.

This action follows the company’s failure to appoint a new sponsor after the termination of UOB Kay Hian (M) Sdn Bhd as its sponsor on Oct 16, 2026, said the healthcare company in a Bursa Malaysia filing today.
