Woman left shaken after bus accident during first trip to Singapore: 'My mind went blank'

A tourist visiting Singapore for the first time had an unexpected turn of events when the bus she was travelling on was involved in an accident with a car.

Sharing her experience in a TikTok video on Sunday (Oct 18), she documented her visit to Singapore, showing snippets of her day out before boarding a bus.

But her journey took an unexpected turn when the bus was involved in an accident with a car, leaving her shaken.

"Thankfully, nobody got hurt in the accident (as far as I know), but I'm sure everyone was shaken. Even my mind went completely blank," she wrote.

She added that she had to remain at the bus stop for a few minutes and call her husband to calm herself down and process what had happened.

The video also showed her alighting from the bus, as well as the aftermath of the accident, with damage visible near the side a black car and the front of the bus.

Despite the incident, she said she eventually made it to her destination safely.

她补充说，她不得不在公交车站待了几分钟，给丈夫打电话，让自己冷静下来，理清思绪。

视频还显示她从公交车上下来，以及事故发生后的景象，可以看到一辆黑色轿车侧面和公交车前部有损坏。

尽管发生了这起意外，她说她最终还是安全到达了目的地。
