Tien Wah Press Holdings Bhd (TWPH), through its indirect 51%-owned subsidiary PT Bintang Pesona Jagat, has completed the acquisition of five parcels of land measuring approximately 23,393 sq m in total, together with the buildings erected on them, in Malang, Indonesia, for 150 billion rupiah (RM34mil), cash.
PETALING JAYA: Tien Wah Press Holdings Bhd (TWPH), through its indirect 51%-owned subsidiary PT Bintang Pesona Jagat, has completed the acquisition of five parcels of land measuring approximately 23,393 sq m in total, together with the buildings erected on them, in Malang, Indonesia, for 150 billion rupiah (RM34mil), cash.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, TWPH said the acquisition was completed on Oct 21, following the fulfilment of all conditions precedent under the binding sale and purchase agreement and the execution of five sale and purchase agreements with PT Bentoel Prima.

八打灵再也：天华印刷控股有限公司（TWPH）通过其间接持股 51% 的子公司 PT Bintang Pesona Jagat，已完成对印度尼西亚玛琅五块土地（总面积约 23,393 平方米）及其上建筑物的收购，收购价格为 1500 亿印尼盾（3400 万令吉），现金支付。
TWPH 在提交给马来西亚证券交易所的文件中表示，在满足所有具有约束力的买卖协议项下的先决条件以及与 PT Bentoel Prima 签署五份买卖协议后，此次收购已于 10 月 21 日完成。
