KUALA LUMPUR: RHB Bank Bhd has received approval from Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) to extend negotiations with Tokio Marine Asia Pte Ltd over a proposed insurance business transaction until Feb 11, 2027.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the bank said BNM granted the extension in a letter dated Oct 21, following its application on Oct 16.

吉隆坡：RHB银行已获得马来西亚国家银行（BNM）的批准，将与东京海上亚洲私人有限公司就拟议的保险业务交易进行的谈判延长至2027年2月11日。
该银行在提交给马来西亚证券交易所的文件中表示，马来西亚国家银行在10月21日的一封信中批准了延期申请，此前该银行于10月16日提出了申请。
