NEW DELHI: When US Secretary of State Marco Rubio visited India this week, he skipped its capital New Delhi but visited Jamnagar, a small city in the western Indian state of Gujarat.
The visit may seem odd to the uninitiated, but it was strategic as Jamnagar is home to the largest and most complex single-site petroleum refinery in the world owned by Reliance Industries.
