SINGAPORE – A 23-year-old full-time police national serviceman has been arrested after he snuck into a female toilet at a police training institute in Tengah, then leapt from a third-storey ledge to evade responding officers.
The police were alerted to the incident, which occurred at the Police Training Command at 501 Old Choa Chua Kang Road, at about 5.40am on Oct 19. Preliminary investigations revealed that the 23-year-old NSF, who is a staff member at the Police Training Command, had trespassed into a female toilet. He was detained and police assistance was sought.
While police officers were engaging him, he bolted, ran to the third storey of a nearby block and jumped off the ledge.
He was taken conscious to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and later arrested for criminal trespass and voyeurism.
Police investigations are ongoing.

警方于10月19日凌晨5点40分左右接到报案，称位于旧蔡厝港路501号的警察训练指挥部发生一起擅闯女厕事件。初步调查显示，这名23岁的国民服役人员是警察训练指挥部的工作人员，他被当场拘留，并寻求警方协助。
当警察与他交涉时，他突然逃跑，跑到附近一栋楼的三楼，然后从楼顶跳了下去。
他被送往医院时意识清醒，伤势并无生命危险，后来因非法侵入和偷窥罪被捕。
警方调查仍在进行中。
