KUALA LUMUR: GDB Holdings Bhd's wholly-owned unit Grand Dynamic Builders Sdn Bhd has secured a RM1.02bil contract from Perdana ParkCity Sdn Bhd to build a luxury development called ParkCity Residences in Desa ParkCity.
KUALA LUMUR: GDB Holdings Bhd 's wholly-owned unit Grand Dynamic Builders Sdn Bhd has secured a RM1.02bil contract from Perdana ParkCity Sdn Bhd to build a luxury development called ParkCity Residences in Desa ParkCity.
Grand Dynamic Builders will undertake the construction of two residential blocks ranging from 49 to 63 storeys, comprising 433 apartments. It will also build a seven-storey podium housing residential amenities and a two-storey basement car park.
