PETALING JAYA: Fitch Ratings has downgraded the long-term issuer default rating (IDR) of Genting Bhd to 'BBB-' from 'BBB', and the IDRs of Genting Overseas Holdings Ltd (GOHL) to 'BBB-' from 'BBB' and Resort World Las Vegas LLC (RWLV) to 'BB+' from 'BBB-'.
