KUALA LUMPUR: Asian Pac Holdings Bhd (APHB) has entered into agreements with KotaSAS Sdn Bhd to acquire 8.69 hectares (ha) of leasehold land in Kuantan, Pahang, for RM42.09 million and undertake an adjoining commercial development with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM281.3 million.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said its wholly owned subsidiary, Wangsa Masyhur Sdn Bhd, had signed a sale and purchase agreement for the land acquisition, while another wholly owned subsidiary, Everest Pioneer Sdn Bhd, signed a joint development agreement (JDA) covering about 11.41ha.

吉隆坡：Asian Pac Holdings Bhd (APHB) 与 KotaSAS Sdn Bhd 达成协议，以 4209 万令吉的价格收购彭亨州关丹 8.69 公顷的租赁土地，并进行毗邻的商业开发，预计总开发价值 (GDV) 为 2.813 亿令吉。
该集团在提交给马来西亚证券交易所的文件中表示，其全资子公司 Wangsa Masyhur Sdn Bhd 已签署土地收购买卖协议，而另一家全资子公司 Everest Pioneer Sdn Bhd 则签署了一份涵盖约 11.41 公顷土地的联合开发协议 (JDA)。
