KUALA LUMPUR: Hwa Tai Industries Bhd has appointed Yee Lee Trading Co Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Yee Lee Corporation Bhd, as its sub-distributor for Sabah and Labuan.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Hwa Tai said the appointment was made through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hwa Tai Wholesale Sdn Bhd, to distribute products under its HWA TAI and PESTA brands manufactured at its Batu Pahat plant in Johor.
