Hong Kong actor and martial artist Michael Chan Wai Man has sparked health concern among fans after a video showing him unsteady on his feet surfaced online.

In the footage, the 82-year-old is seen relying on a walking stick and receiving support from a companion as he makes his way towards a parked car.
