A total of six men, aged between 23 and 76, will be charged in court on Thursday (Sept 10) for their alleged involvement in separate cases of molest.
The cases took place between May 2025 and July this year, the police said on Wednesday.
The youngest victim was a 17-year-old girl who was allegedly molested by a 34-year-old man along Silat Avenue on Dec 15, 2025.
Police said the incident was promptly reported to them and they established the man's identity through follow-up investigations, arresting him.
He will be charged with two counts of outrage of modesty and two counts of uttering words and making a gesture intended to insult the modesty of any person.
Another case involved a 76-year-old man who allegedly molested a 22-year-old woman at Singapore General Hospital on May 27, 2025.
According to the police, he was identified through follow-up investigations and will be charged with one count of molest and one count of uttering words intended to insult the modesty of any person.
The four others, aged between 23 and 36, do not face additional charges beyond outrage of modesty.
The offence of outrage of modesty carries a penalty of up to three years' jail, a fine, caning, or a combination of such punishments.

Police said several of the cases were detected with the help of bystanders, friends, security personnel and members of the public who stepped forward to intervene, render assistance or promptly alerted the police.
"Their actions helped to safeguard victims, preserve evidence and facilitated swift action," the police stated.

A total of 762 outrage of modesty cases were reported from January to June 2026, compared to 739 within the same period last year, accounting for 7.4 per cent of the total number of physical crime cases.
According to the police, the top three locations where outrage of modesty offences were committed in the first half of 2026 were residential premises, public transport and public entertainment outlets.
In particular, the number of cases committed in residential premises rose to 227 in the first half of 2026, up from 172 in the same period last year.
