In a statement, the group said the sales and purchase agreements were signed by the group's wholly-owned subsidiaries, Pulai Land West Sdn Bhd and Pulai Land East Sdn Bhd. Targeted for completion in the first half of 2027, the acquisition is expected to be funded by internally generated funds.
