URUMQI (Xinhua): A science museum focused on pterosaurs, a winged reptile closely related to dinosaurs, opened on Sunday in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in northwest China.
The world's first of its kind, this museum is located in a national geopark in Xinjiang's Hami region, a location renowned for abundant pterosaur fossil discoveries.
