缓解燃油成本上涨 政府补贴三家公共垃圾收集业者

受地缘政治局势影响，柴油价格一度飙升，政府将为本地三家公共垃圾收集业者提供援助，补贴今年3月至5月的部分额外柴油开销，以减轻它们提供垃圾收集服务时面对的成本压力。

教育部兼永续发展与环境部高级政务部长 普杰立 星期五（9月18日）在职场社交平台LinkedIn发文宣布，国家环境局推出“公共垃圾收集行业支持措施”（Public Waste Industry Support），为持有 国家环境局 执照的公共垃圾收集业者提供针对性、有时限的援助。

他说，今年较早时地缘政治局势不明朗，垃圾处理业者反映营运成本增加。政府因此决定补贴三家公共垃圾收集业者今年3月至5月的部分额外柴油成本。

三家业者是：欧绿保—华与华公司（ALBA W&H Smart City）、八百控股（800 Super），以及可瑞环境（Cora Environment）。

援助金额根据各家业者服务的住家和商业单位数量计算，三家业者预计最迟9月收到款项。

普杰立指出，这项措施旨在减轻异常燃油成本给业者带来的冲击，确保全岛的公共垃圾收集服务能持续运作。

他说，环境局一直与服务供应商密切合作，应对成本波动，并希望这种合作方式能扩大至整个行业，共同确保民众和企业所依赖的垃圾处理服务不受影响。

We have heard feedback from the waste management sector about higher operating costs amid geopolitical uncertainties earlier this year. I am glad to share that National Environment Agency will be providing a Public Waste Industry Support to NEA-licensed Public Waste Collectors (PWCs). This targeted and time-bound measure will help alleviate the exceptional fuel cost impact faced by PWCs in providing essential public waste collection services across Singapore. Under this relief, NEA will offset part of the additional diesel costs incurred by the three PWCs from March to May 2026 for a start. This relief is apportioned according to the number of domestic and trade premises each PWC serves. The PWCs will receive the support by September 2026. NEA has taken a proactive approach in working closely with service providers to sustain essential public waste collection services through periods of volatility. I hope this spirit of partnership will become a wider practice across the industry, so that we collectively ensure the continuity of waste management services that support our daily lives and businesses.
