TMK Chemical to acquire CCM for RM939.9mil

KUALA LUMPUR: TMK Chemical Bhd has entered into a conditional agreement to acquire Chemical Company of Malaysia Bhd (CCM) for RM939.9mil.

In a statement, TMK said the purchase consideration will be satisfied through RM438.5mil in cash and the issuance of 262.5 million new TMK shares at RM1.9098 each.

吉隆坡：TMK Chemical Bhd 已达成有条件协议，将以 9.399 亿令吉收购马来西亚化学公司 (CCM)。
