SINGAPORE (Bernama): Putting feet on seats, playing loud audio, littering and eating or drinking on Singapore’s public buses could see commuters slapped with a fine of up to S$500 (S$1=RM3.20 - almost RM1,600) from Sept 23 under new regulations aimed at curbing nuisance and disruptive behaviour.
The Land Transport Authority (LTA) said the offences are set out in the new Bus Services Industry (Control of Conduct and Activities - Public Bus) Regulations 2026 and Bus Services Industry (Control of Conduct and Activities - Bus Interchange) Regulations 2026.

新加坡（马新社）：根据旨在遏制滋扰和扰乱行为的新规，从9月23日起，在新加坡公共汽车上将脚放在座位上、播放大声音频、乱扔垃圾以及吃东西或喝饮料的乘客可能会被处以最高500新元（1新元=3.20令吉——近1600令吉）的罚款。
陆路交通管理局（LTA）表示，这些违法行为已在2026年新的《巴士服务行业（行为和活动控制 - 公共巴士）条例》和2026年《巴士服务行业（行为和活动控制 - 巴士转换站）条例》中列明。
