XL Holdings auditor resigns over audit fees

KUALA LUMPUR: XL Holdings Bhd said its external auditor Morison LC PLT has resigned after both parties were unable to reach an agreement on the proposed audit fees.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the agriculture and aquaculture firm said it received Morison's written notice of resignation dated Sept 21, 2026.
