BANGKOK: The Supreme Administrative Court has upheld the rejection of former prime minister Yingluck Shinawatra’s request to reopen her rice-pledging compensation case, leaving her liability of 10,028,861,880.83 baht unchanged. The order was read at the Central Administrative Court on Chaeng Watthana Road on Wednesday (Sept 23).
The Supreme Administrative Court found that a Commerce Ministry letter cited by Yingluck did not constitute new evidence capable of materially changing facts already established in the case.

曼谷：最高行政法院维持了驳回前总理英拉·西那瓦重审其“大米抵押赔偿案”请求的裁决，维持其10,028,861,880.83泰铢的赔偿责任不变。该裁决于周三（9月23日）在昌瓦塔纳路中央行政法院宣读。
最高行政法院认为，英拉引用的商务部信函并不构成能够实质性改变案件中已确定事实的新证据。
