By 5.47am, floodwater covered all traffic lanes on Highway 331 towards Laem Chabang in Nong Kham subdistrict, Si Racha district, stretching from the flyover in front of Pinthong Industrial Estate 1 to beneath the Nong Kham interchange.

曼谷：周四（9月24日）上午，暴雨继续影响春武里府，在芭堤雅遭遇夜间暴雨后，是拉差县331号公路的部分路段在黎明时分被淹没。
早上 5 点 47 分，洪水淹没了 331 号公路通往林查班方向的所有车道，位于是拉差县农坎街道，从平通工业区 1 号前的立交桥一直延伸到农坎立交桥下方。
