Sept 26 (Reuters) - The International Team kept its hopes of a huge Presidents Cup upset alive on Saturday, taking a three point lead over the United States into Sunday's singles as they seek their first outright victory at the biennial event since 1998.
The Internationals, comprised of players from outside the US and Europe, saw their 7-3 lead cut into in the morning as Scottie Scheffler and Sam Burns won each of the final three holes to defeat Japan's Hideki Matsuyama and Ryo Hisatsune 2 and 1 in the last fourball match.
