MDEC CEO Anuar Fariz to step down after two-year tenure

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) chief executive officer Anuar Fariz Fadzil will step down upon completing his two-year contract on Oct 2, 2026.

In a statement, MDEC said Anuar had informed its board that he would not seek a renewal of his contract as he plans to pursue new opportunities outside the agency.
