Rescuers had to use satellite pictures to locate the hydropower tunnel after catastrophic floods devastated the area more than a week ago. CNN’s Hanako Montgomery and Daniel Campisi arrived on the scene as dozens of rescuers continued to search for those who remain unaccounted for.
