“We can confirm Cornell agreed to this. That’s all we can share at this time,” the university told CNN.
Days after a former Cornell student filed a lawsuit alleging she was gang-raped inside a fraternity house in 2024, Hochul called for an independent review of Cornell’s response to “determine whether Cornell met every obligation to protect its students and pursue justice.”
