A 39-year-old man was found dead at the foot of a condominium in Tanjong Pagar on Thursday (Oct 8) morning.
In response to queries from AsiaOne, the police said they were alerted to a case of fall from height at 50 Everton Road at about 7.15am.
This is the address of Sky Everton condominium.
The man was found lying motionless at the foot of the building.
He was pronounced dead at the scene by a Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) paramedic.
SCDF said it received a call for assistance at the same address at about 7.20am.
Based on preliminary investigations, the police do not suspect foul play.
Police investigations are ongoing.

针对AsiaOne的询问，警方表示，他们于早上7点15分左右接到报警，称埃弗顿路50号发生一起高处坠落事件。
这是Sky Everton公寓的地址。
人们发现这名男子一动不动地躺在建筑物脚下。
新加坡民防部队（SCDF）医护人员当场宣布他已死亡。
新加坡民防部队表示，他们于早上 7 点 20 分左右接到同一地址的求助电话。
根据初步调查，警方不怀疑存在谋杀或其他犯罪行为。
警方调查仍在进行中。
