Initial moments ICE ERO agents approach vehicle before firing at man in New York on Thursday | CNN

Video from NYPD shows the initial moments that ICE agents with the Enforcement and Removal Operations approached a man in a silver Honda CRV on Thursday before the shooting occurred in the Bronx in New York City.

A second angle shows people outside a corner convenience store ducking. Though this angle also has no audio, people appear to be reacting to gunfire out of frame. Agents in plainclothes run to the right of the store.
