阳光灿烂:好日子、坏日子、应对的日子

Comedy and tragedy theatrical masks. Do not re-use.

When someone close to you dies, how can you start to make sense of the different emotions that show up even when several months have passed?

This was a question I received from one reader whose parent died six months ago, and they struggle in particular with “positive emotions” following the loss.

Sunny Side Up: What do we lose when we stop figuring things out?

Sunny Side Up: Sometimes, we just need to listen

Sunny Side Up: Why are we harsher on ourselves than others?

Sunny Side Up: None of us can be blank slates

Sunny Side Up: Is that reminding, nagging, or your anxiety talking?
