Aomori woman accused of stabbing ex-boyfriend青森女子被控刺伤前男友
Aomori Prefectural Police have arrested a 39-year-old woman in Hachinohe City after she allegedly stabbed her 51-year-old former boyfriend

AOMORI (TR) – Aomori Prefectural Police have arrested a 39-year-old woman in Hachinohe City after she allegedly stabbed her 51-year-old former boyfriend, whom she had continued to live with following their breakup, reports TV Asahi (Oct. 16).
Shortly after 6:00 p.m. on October 14, office worker Erika Takizawa allegedly plunged a kitchen knife with an 18-centimeter blade into the victim’s back, just below his left shoulder blade. The blade penetrated his lung, but the man remained conscious while being transported to a local hospital.
Police have not disclosed whether Takizawa has admitted to allegations of attempted murder.
The grisly scene was discovered after the victim’s daughter made a frantic emergency call.
“She was crying out, ‘Come! Come quickly! My dad got stabbed!'” a neighbor recalled. “My teeth were chattering, but I went with her to look. The father was crouching down at the bottom of the stairs.”
According to the victim’s son, Takizawa and his father were ex-lovers who maintained a tense cohabitation arrangement, living together in a four-person household.
“It was just a living arrangement, but almost every time they were home, they were fighting,” the son told reporters. “Even before this, there was a time she pulled out a knife and pointed it at him. She flies into a rage as soon as she starts drinking.”
