BANGKOK: Khao Yai ranked first for growth in domestic destination interest among Traveloka users in Thailand in the third quarter of 2026, according to the company’s South-East Asia (SEA) Index. Searches for accommodation and travel to Koh Chang also increased by more than 40 per cent compared with the same period last year.
Traveloka’s index draws on activity on its platform across South- East Asia to identify destinations gaining interest in individual source markets. The findings describe platform trends rather than Thailand’s tourism market as a whole, and the rankings measure growth in interest rather than total visitor numbers.
