NEW YORK, Sept 6 (Reuters) - American FrancesTiafoe outclassed former champion Daniil Medvedev 7-6(1) 6-4 7-6(6) to reach the U.S. Open quarter-final on Sunday, bringing his best level to finally get the upper hand on an all-too-familiar foe.
