KUALA LUMPUR: Capitaland Malaysia Trust ’s (CLMT) net profit for the third quarter ended Sept 30, 2026 (3Q 2026) rose to RM47.02 million from RM34.69 million in the same quarter a year ago.
Revenue increased to RM126.54 million from RM116.04 million previously, with higher revenue from positive rental reversions, rental step-ups at most of its properties and contributions from industrial and logistics assets acquired in 2025, the group said in a Bursa Malaysia filing today.

吉隆坡：凯德集团马来西亚信托（CLMT）截至2026年9月30日的第三季度（2026年第三季度）净利润从去年同期的3469万令吉增至4702万令吉。
该集团今天在马来西亚证券交易所提交的文件中表示，收入从之前的 1.1604 亿令吉增至 1.2654 亿令吉，收入增长主要得益于租金上涨、大部分物业租金递增以及 2025 年收购的工业和物流资产的贡献。
