Malakoff announces changes to its board of directors and senior management

PETALING JAYA: Malakoff Corp Bhd has appointed deputy chief financial officer Nurshazwani Abd Malek as its covering chief financial officer, effective Dec 1.

In a statement, the multinational energy generation and environmental solutions company said Nurshazwani will assume the role on an interim basis following the departure of Mohd Nazersham Mansor, who will step down as chief financial officer on Nov 30, 2026 to pursue other career opportunities.
