The wife of a former police officer who says he was fired for using Flock has come forward to defend him. Mariam Dula says her husband, Randy Dula, used the technology to find his wife as she often suffered from diabetic emergencies. It’s a crime in Georgia to use Flock outside of law enforcement purposes. Dula is appealing his termination, his attorney says.
