A man and his female car passenger were injured after their vehicle skidded and crashed into a wall on Mandai Lake Road on Saturday (Sept 5).
Dashcam footage shared by Facebook page SGRV shows the white car overtaking and going up a raised edge on the left side of the road.
The car then veers away from the kerb and slams into the wall on the right side.
The impact causes the car to bounce, and its front bumper appears to dislodge.
Responding to AsiaOne's queries, the police said the car is believed to have skidded at about 6.45pm on Sept 5.
The driver, a 53-year-old man, and his 52-year-old female passenger were conscious when taken to hospital.
The man is assisting with ongoing investigations.

9月5日（星期六），一辆汽车在万代湖路打滑撞墙，车上一名男子和他的女乘客受伤。
Facebook 页面 SGRV 分享的行车记录仪视频显示，一辆白色汽车超车后驶上道路左侧的凸起路沿。
随后，汽车偏离路缘，撞上了右侧的墙壁。
撞击导致汽车弹跳，前保险杠似乎脱落了。
针对AsiaOne的询问，警方表示，据信该车于9月5日下午6点45分左右发生侧滑。
司机是一名 53 岁的男子，车上还有一名 52 岁的女乘客，两人被送往医院时意识清醒。
该男子正在协助进行调查。
