TNB issues RM4.8bil sukuk国能发行48亿令吉伊斯兰债券
Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) has made the second issuance worth RM4.8bil of the company's Islamic medium term notes (MTN) programme of up to RM10bil in nominal value based on the syariah principle of wakalah bi al-istithmar.
Maybank IB said TNB’s consolidated borrowings would increase by RM4.8bil with the issuance of the sustainability sukuk wakalah.
PETALING JAYA: Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) has made the second issuance worth RM4.8bil of the company’s Islamic medium term notes (MTN) programme of up to RM10bil in nominal value based on the syariah principle of wakalah bi al-istithmar.
The RM4.8bil issuance comes in six tranches under the company’s sustainability sukuk wakalah, a stock exchange filing made by Maybank Investment Bank Bhd (Maybank IB) on behalf of TNB showed.

八打灵再也：国家能源公司（TNB）已根据伊斯兰教法中的 wakalah bi al-istithmar 原则，发行了该公司名义价值高达 100 亿令吉的伊斯兰中期票据（MTN）计划的第二期，总额为 48 亿令吉。
马来西亚国家能源公司 (TNB) 通过 Maybank Investment Bank Bhd (Maybank IB) 向证券交易所提交的文件显示，此次 48 亿令吉的债券发行分六期进行，属于该公司可持续发展伊斯兰债券 (sukuk wakalah) 的范畴。
