PETALING JAYA: Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company PJSC – Masdar, a global clean energy leader, Citaglobal Bhd and TIZA Global Sdn Bhd have kicked off the construction of the 200-megawatts (MW) Chereh Dam Floating Solar PV project with a groundbreaking ceremony in Pahang.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Citaglobal said Chereh Solar Sdn Bhd, the partners’ project company, is developing the plant, which is expected to begin operations in 2028.
