PHNOM PENH: When Noang joins the runway at Phnom Penh Designers Week this December, the emerging label will share the stage with established names in the capital’s fashion community — an opportunity that puts new talent at the heart of an evening of entertainment.
Supported through the event’s Young Designer Programme, Noang will be among five labels presenting collections at Oakwood Premier Phnom Penh on December 5. Behind the show is a network of designers, organisers and supporting businesses working to give independent fashion a wider audience.
