Real Estate and Housing Developers Association (Rehda) Selangor chairman Datuk Edward Chong Sin Kiat said developers presently had to invest time in applying for the permission to release the unsold Bumiputra residential units, while rising costs were a burden to the housing industry.

雪兰莪州房地产发展商协会（Rehda）主席拿督张新杰表示，目前开发商不得不花费时间申请许可才能出售未售出的土著住宅单位，而不断上涨的成本也给住房行业带来了负担。
