KUALA LUMPUR: Paramount Corp Bhd said it will establish a joint venture with Mitsui Fudosan (Asia) Malaysia Sdn Bhd (MFAM) via the disposal of 122,500 shares or 49% equity in its wholly-owned subsidiary Meridian Kuasa Sdn Bhd (MKSB) to the latter company.
KUALA LUMPUR: Paramount Corp Bhd said it will establish a joint venture with Mitsui Fudosan (Asia) Malaysia Sdn Bhd (MFAM) via the disposal of 122,500 shares or 49% equity in its wholly-owned subsidiary Meridian Kuasa Sdn Bhd (MKSB) to the latter company.
In a filing with the stock exchange, Paramount said following the RM23.06mil cash sale, it would be left with 51% of the equity in MKSB.

吉隆坡：派拉蒙集团有限公司表示，将通过向其全资子公司 Meridian Kuasa 有限公司 (MKSB) 出售 122,500 股股份或 49% 的股权，与三井不动产（亚洲）马来西亚有限公司 (MFAM) 成立一家合资企业。
