Bursa Malaysia publicly reprimands Techna-X

KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd has publicly reprimanded Techna-X Bhd for breaching the Bursa Malaysia Securities Main Market Listing Requirements.

In a statement, the exchange said the battery manufacturing company was reprimanded for failing to issue its annual report that included the annual audited financial statements together with the auditors’ and directors’ report for the 18-month financial period ended Dec 31, 2025 (AR 2025) by April 30, 2026.
