SINGAPORE – When Grace Lio’s daughter finished her recent Chinese PSLE Oral exam, she nearly cried as it had been unexpectedly tough. Lio hugged Jodi throughout the day and kept telling her: “It’s okay. You are bigger than the PSLE.”
