According to the announcement, the conductor had stepped off the train onto the platform for a safety confirmation on a local three-car train departing from Shinano-Omachi bound for Matsumoto at 12.54pm on the day.

东京：东日本旅客铁道株式会社长野县营业总部周五（9月11日）宣布，JR大糸线一列火车从长野县松本市岛内站出发时，车上没有列车员，导致部分列车延误。
