HONG KONG: Chief Executive John Lee and his team will wear green-patterned ties and silk scarves, along with blue badges, as he delivers Hong Kong’s first-ever five-year plan together with his fifth Policy Address on Wednesday (Sept 16).
In a Facebook post, Lee said the accessories — created by faculty and students of the Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong (THEi) — carry deep symbolic meaning tied to the city’s development vision.
