Enhanced SG Arrival Card to be available on MyICA app from Sept 30

Travellers should update their MyICA app before making SG Arrival Card submissions from Sept 30 onwards.

From Sept 30, travellers entering Singapore can complete the enhanced Singapore Arrival Card via the MyICA app, which must be updated beforehand.

The enhanced card includes seven new languages and allows passport scanning to autofill traveller information.

The arrival card is mandatory for all travellers except transit passengers and certain land checkpoint residents, improving convenience and compliance.

SINGAPORE – Travellers entering Singapore from Sept 30 will be able to complete the enhanced Singapore Arrival Card via Immigration and Checkpoints Authority’s (ICA) mobile app, the authority said on Sept 16.

The enhanced arrival card, which adds new languages and allows travellers to scan their passports for the required details , is currently available only on ICA’s website.

In a Facebook post on Sept 16, the authority said that travellers should update their MyICA app before submitting their arrival cards from Sept 30 onwards.

This also applies to travellers who use the app to generate QR codes for immigration clearance at land checkpoints , ICA said.

The arrival card is a mandatory health declaration that all travellers must submit before arriving in Singapore. This includes Singapore citizens, permanent residents and long-term pass holders, but excludes those who are transiting without seeking immigration clearance, and residents who are travelling through the land checkpoints at Woodlands and Tuas.

Introduced in August, the enhanced arrival card is available in seven more languages - Bahasa Indonesia, Dutch, Arabic, Spanish, Russian, Filipino and Italian - with a total of 19.

Also, the autofilling of information by passport scanning is now available to Singapore citizens, permanent residents and long-term pass holders, on top of the current Singpass information retrieval.

This feature was previously available only to foreigners.

从9月30日起，入境新加坡的旅客可以通过MyICA应用程序填写升级后的新加坡入境卡，但必须事先更新该应用程序。

升级后的卡片新增了七种语言，并支持扫描护照自动填写旅客信息。

除过境旅客和部分陆路口岸居民外，所有旅客都必须办理入境卡，以提高便利性和合规性。

新加坡——新加坡移民与关卡局（ICA）于9月16日表示，从9月30日起入境新加坡的旅客将能够通过ICA的手机应用程序完成升级版新加坡入境卡。

增强型入境卡增加了新的语言，并允许旅客扫描护照以获取所需信息，目前仅在ICA网站上提供。

9月16日，有关部门在Facebook上发帖称，从9月30日起，旅客在提交入境卡之前应更新MyICA应用程序。

移民与关卡局表示，这也适用于使用该应用程序在陆路关卡生成二维码以进行入境检查的旅客。

入境卡是所有旅客抵达新加坡前必须提交的强制性健康申报表。这包括新加坡公民、永久居民和长期准证持有者，但不包括未办理入境手续的过境旅客，以及经由兀兰和图阿斯陆路关卡入境的新加坡居民。

8 月份推出的增强型入境卡新增了七种语言版本——印尼语、荷兰语、阿拉伯语、西班牙语、俄语、菲律宾语和意大利语——总共有 19 种语言版本。

此外，新加坡公民、永久居民和长期准证持有者现在除了现有的 Singpass 信息检索功能外，还可以通过扫描护照自动填写信息。

此功能之前仅对外国人开放。
